The 19th Summer Academy of Euracademy Association will be held online this year, from 7th to 9th September 2021.

 The 19th Summer Academy  aims to explore how Regenerative Agriculture practices can be introduced and sustained by landowners and rural communities. We will consider how progressing towards Regenerative Agricultural practices can have a positive impact on climate change and biodiversity, while local economies are enhanced by stable employment and income.

The 1st Online Seminar of Euracademy Association has taken place in 3rd March 2021, on the theme of “Regenerative and Biodiversity Enriching Agriculture: an effective tool in facing the challenges of modern agriculture”  from 16:00 to 17:30 hours CET. Over 150 participants attended!  The event is being currently followed up by workshops for questions and answers, starting 10th March, each led by one or more lecturers. A small number of participants are accepted in each workshop! Register!

We would like to draw your attention to the European Rural Sustainability Gathering 2017 (ERSG 2017) to take place in Karditsa, Greece, 17-21 May 2017. The Gathering is organised by Forum Synergies, and coorganised by Karditsa Development Agency, Iliosporoi Network, Peliti Seed Network, and Euracademy Association.

ERSG 2017 will focus on social economy, cooperatives and grassroots initiatives in rural Greece. The three-day gathering will be an opportunity to meet people with a spirit of cooperation and action for sustainable rural development from across Europe. We will visit highlights of local sustainable initiatives and development action in a region withstrong civil society engagement.

Euracademy Association and the South and East Cork Area Development Partnership invite you to take part in the 16th Summer Academy entitled “Resilient communities: pillars of sustainable rural development”.
The Summer Academy this year will be held in Cork, Ireland, and the surrounding area, from 3rd to 8th September 2017

The theme: How can rural communities become more resilient and face the 21st century’s challenges so that their sustainable development can be assured.
